What was your fitness regimen prior to JSF boot camps and what made you choose/switch to JSF Boot camps?
Prior to JSF: random visits to the gym and Soccer. I started at JSF because; I wasn’t getting the desired results and I needed a more regimented schedule to which I could be held accountable.
What do you like best about JSF boot camps?
Time is always in short supply, so having a 30 minute workout routine that actually produces results is very appealing to me. I chose JSF over other boot camps because of the encouraging atmosphere, assistance with the nutritional aspect, and the diversity of the exercises.
What do you like to do in your free time?
Free time?! I’m not sure I understand the question?! I play soccer every chance I get, hiking, the beach, and hang out with friends and family.
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
Stromboli (Topped with garlic butter, of course!!)
What is your Advice for other members?
I think the best advice for everyone is BE POSITIVE. These are some of the things that help me keep this state of mind:
1.) Always know you can do something, the moment you doubt it, you’ve condemned yourself.
2.) You are your own equitable competitor. Do not compare yourself to anyone, except yourself.
3.) Patience. Nothing worth having or doing is easily accomplished.
If you ever start believing you are everything you want to be, you’ll never be everything you could be.
