I wanted to share some quick tips on an amazing supplement I use that many of you may not be aware of or understand the full benefits, it’s called L-Carnitine from Prolab.
What is L-Carnitine and why would I use it?
It’s pretty basic L-Carnitine is an amino acid, which many of you know is a building block for proteins that is naturally produced in the body. In short L-Carnitine helps the body produce energy it’s important for muscle movement, brain function, heart function and numerous other body processes.
