If you are like me you drink coffee or espresso specifically in my case, and being it’s that time of the year I thought we could add a little pumpkin kick to your morning wake up call. So here is a little PROLAB Pumpkin Protein Spice Latte

All you need is…..
1 cup So Delicious Coconut Milk -Unsweetened
1 Large Scoop PROLAB Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein
About 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tsp.Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Tsp. Stevia (more if you like it super sweet)
1 Tsp. Cinnamon – (I honestly use 2 or more as I love cinnamon)
Espresso or Coffee – I typically do a quad shot of a espresso with a little coffee mix
Simple steps…..
Brew coffee and or espresso
Mix all ingredients together -blend for about 20-30 seconds
Simply pour into coffee and enjoy – for a little extra kick add some more cinnamon to top off your latte!
