High School Strength & Conditioning Camp Tuesday & Thursday 9am-9:45am

&  

Middle School Youth Fitness Camps Tuesday 10am-10:45am – 1 Day Per Week

Both Camps in 4 Week Blocks – 2 Summer Sessions

June 4th – June 28th & July 8th – August 2nd

High School Strength & Conditioning Camp Tuesday & Thursday 9am-9:45am

1 Weeks – $60 per week

2 Weeks – $90 per 2 weeks

3  Weeks – $110 per 3 weeks

4 Weeks – $130 per 4 weeks

Athletes will learn the proper way to strength train through functional fitness using TRX, Kettle Bells, Resistance Bands, Speed LaddersSand Bags, Dumbbells, and more…. We will also cover

 

– Proper Nutrition to fuel and build Lean Muscle

– The Importance of Corrective Exercise and Mobility Work

Youth Summer Fitness Camp –Tuesdays 10am-10:45am –1 Day Per Week

We are looking awesome excited 8-11 year olds for these camps.

1 Week – $25 per week

2 Weeks $40 per 2 weeks

3 Weeks $50 per 3 weeks

4 Weeks $60 per 4 weeks

JSF Youth Program are fun, challenging and rewarding, the program is tailored for age-appropriate groups. The program’s core focus is to improve your child’s Attitude and knowledge about fitness!
