1 Weeks – $60 per week
2 Weeks – $90 per 2 weeks
3 Weeks – $110 per 3 weeks
4 Weeks – $130 per 4 weeks
Athletes will learn the proper way to strength train through functional fitness using TRX, Kettle Bells, Resistance Bands, Speed Ladders, Sand Bags, Dumbbells, and more…. We will also cover
– Proper Nutrition to fuel and build Lean Muscle
– The Importance of Corrective Exercise and Mobility Work

Youth Summer Fitness Camp –Tuesdays 10am-10:45am –1 Day Per Week
