Now this is not a “let’s skip Thanksgiving” program – as I plan to stuff my face on Thanksgiving as you should as well –BUT this is a Survival Challenge that comes with rules-guidelines- and suggestions on how to enjoy your life the right way.
This is REALLY a Lifestyle Challenge – our hope is that this teaches you how to not only survive the holiday season – but also take what you learn in the next 50 days about yourself and your will power and apply it to your life moving forward.
