Hey guys we all know push ups are one of the kings of upper body bodyweight exercises, I would give pull-ups my #1 vote with push ups being a close second in terms of personal favorites.
Well for today I wanted to just drop these quick fun 11 different push up variations on you guys to try. I like keep things fun, hitting different parts of your chest, shoulders and triceps with these various push up styles.
Eccentric Push Up
Uneven Push Up
T-Push Up
Blast Off Push Up
Extended Range of Motion Push Up
Feet Elevated Push Up
Handstand Push Up
Plyo Clap Push Up
Close Grip (Diamond) Push Up
Wide Grip Push Up
