I hate “cardio” in old school way it was once viewed, getting on a treadmill like a hamster on a wheeel for hours and hours wasting your life away. For those of you who really know me – YOU KNOW I HATE WATING TIME.
On the same note I love the high intensity, quick, short, fast burst aerobic work that gets you in and out of the gym quick while burning fat.
So, we put together a quick FREE Sprint workout for you guys below.
This is an old school drill we use to run from my days in grade school all the way through college, now we put it into a interval format to burn some serious body fat.
