Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffins
It’s getting to be that time of year fall and winter are coming quick, here is a quick easy tasty seasonal treat you can enjoy guilt free while watching football with the family this holiday season. Here is what you need:
- 6 Organic Omega-3 eggs
- 2 Scoop Olympian Labs Vanilla Pea Protein Powder
- 1 cup no sugar added apple sauce
- ½ cup Coconut Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ¼ cup organic virgin coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to around 400-425 degrees F.
- Grease a muffin pan with coconut oil or non-stick spray
- Put all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix well.
- Fill Muffin Tins with batter about 1/3 way full
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until light brown or desired color
- Let sit for 10 minutes then enjoy like a boss!
