So below I have put together two kick ass protein packed milkshake recipes for you to try that can help break the cycle of eating the same old plain healthy foods! Enjoy guys….

Athletic Greens Protein Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
Ingredients:
2 scoops of Athletic Greens Whey Vanilla Flavor Protein
1 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk
½ cup pumpkin puree
2 Tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
2 Tsp. Stevia or more if you like it sweeter
Ice Cubes – approximately 5-10
Mix all ingredients into a blender and enjoy your protein packed pumpkin shake!
Athletic Greens Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake
Ingredients:
2 Scoops Athletic Greens Whey Vanilla Flavor
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Fage Full Fat Greek Yogurt
1 Cup Frozen Whole Strawberries
1 TSP Cinnamon – I personally use about 1-2 Tsp
2 Tsp. Stevia or more if you like it sweeter
Ice Cubes approximately 5-10
Mix all ingredients into blender and enjoy!
