Living an Authentic Life ~ Jeremy Scott Fitness
I got this question from one of our Inner Circle Members, they asked me:
“How do I live an authentic life? As I struggle with being myself and caring what others think.”
My advice is simple:
#1 STOP caring “what you think the world thinks of you”
#2 Be who you are, 100% go all in on you, own that sh*t to the fullest.
I know that’s easy for me to say, but it’s the ABSOLUTE truth.
The reality IS people in this life are going to judge you for who they think you or who they think you are not regardless if you are being 100% real or fake.
You have ZERO control over what they think regardless of what you believe.
So you might as well kick them the real you and let the chips fall where they may.
Nothing is more exhausting then being one person in public and another person in private – trust me I did it for years and it’s pure misery over the long term.
Like my man Oscar Wilde said, “Be yourself, everyone else is already taken.”
TRUTH BOMB!
Regret is hard to live with & I promise you something you don’t want.
Waking up 20 years from now realizing you lived a lifetime pretending, faking, and never doing or saying the things you wanted to will eat you alive from the inside out.
So, again my advice is be 100% authentic with everyone in your life.
Now use some tact (don’t always be an a**) and know your audience when you speak to them, but always stay true to whom you are inside. If it’s coming from a good place of authenticity people will appreciate it.
If you do that I promise you, your life will change for the better so fast your head will spin.
Any more questions let me know, until next time eat well, train hard & be nice to people!
