Chicken Pesto Zoodle Bowl
My wife cooked up a quick little amazing healthy dinner (REAL FOOD HUSTLE Style) that tastes amazing, full breakdown is below enjoy and let us know if you give it a try.
Ingredients:
- 6 oz of chicken breast
- Handful of grape tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of pesto basil sauce
- 2-3 zucchinis
- Handful of arugula or spinach
- 1 tablespoon of chopped red onion
- 1 pinch of shredded mozzarella
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Turn oven to low-medium heat
- Spray pan with olive oil
- Use spiralizer to make zucchini noodles
- Pan fry for about 10 mins and sprinkle garlic, sea salt, and black pepper
- Remove noodles from pan and then sauté tomatoes, greens, and onion
- Cut chicken into thin slices to grill
- Place in bowl and top with pesto sauce and mozzarella
