Hey guys recently I did a series with Men’s Health and Vita CoCo they flew into Arizona for a few to hang out and shoot some video content at our JSF facility.

If you have 30 Minutes or honestly even if you only have 20 minutes this workout can light up your entire body and the best part is you can do it anywhere with zero equipment.
Directions: Perform these moves in order, doing as many reps as possible in a 30 minutes time frame….or 20-15-10 minutes whatever you can dedicate to training…..again even 10 minutes is better than zero minutes.
- 50 Pushups
- 100 Bodyweight squats
- 100 Mountain Climbers
- 100 Bicycle Crunches
- 100 Split Squats (50 per leg)
- 100 Jumping Jacks
- 100 Wall Touches
- 100 VMO Taps (50 per leg)
- 50 Pushups
Again you don’t need 2 hours a day to be fit and healthy, but you do need to do something daily and you need to be consistent with it.
