Healthy Quick Snacks for Kids
Recently we had Jacob our Youth Coach Lead put together a list of 10 quick healthy snacks for kids to enjoy almost anywhere anytime with minimal food prep. Check out the list below and for all my parents out there if you have any other quick easy kid favorites please share them with us.
P.S. – For some of my adults out there who currently don’t eat the best and fill your day with processed junk from gas stations on the run….these might be a good idea for you as well to make your daily living just that much healthier.
- Celery with Peanut Butter and Raisins
- Trail Mix with Dried Fruit
- Fruit
- Apple/Banana with Peanut Butter
- Beef Jerky
- String Cheese
- Hard Boiled Eggs
- Carrot Sticks with Hummus
- Oatmeal
- Avocado wrapped in Turkey
