Live each day as if it’s your last because one day it will be…….
Where are you on your health and fitness journey?
I am applying this to health and fitness since that’s my profession and my passion, but you can use it for anything like your career, your relationships and so on.
Some of you have seen this from me before, but please do the math it’s an eye opener!
Step 1. Get out a pen and paper
Step 2. Multiply your age by x 365 (that gives you your age in days)
Step 3. Subtract that number from 27,375 (that’s an average life span in days)
I probably have ______________________days left
For me personally it’s 15,375 days left to be fit, eat right, train hard and be nice to people!
Now obviously this is just an exercise and a guess of where life can take us, but to think I only have this many days left…………I want to make sure I enjoy each one in the healthiest body possible.
Your life is not a dress rehearsal, it’s happening right now as you read this the seconds are ticking by and they are never coming back. Time is the only commodity you can’t purchase more of no matter how bad you want it you can’t get your time back. We all have the same 24 to start your dream, create your path, build the life and the body you always wanted….so stop wasting your TIME!
The best time to start achieving your goals was yesterday the next best time is right now…..let’s get started!!!
