Winter Green Smoothie
Ok kids back with another nutrient packed protein smoothie for you to try.
Here is what you need:
1/4 ripe banana (previously peeled, sliced, and frozen)
1/2 green apple
1/3 blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (DM us for discount code)
1/2 cup nut milk or water
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp peeled, minced fresh ginger 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch black pepper (increases bioavailability of turmeric)

Place handful of ice into blender
Pour nut milk in first
Then pour remaining ingredients mix together
