Digestive Issues?

Your Gut Bacteria are NOT Created Equal

It’s safe to say that gut bacteria, which numbers in the TRILLIONS, have more of an impact on your health than most people—including doctors and researchers—previously realized.

BUT…..

Not all gut bacteria are the same or perform the same functions in your body.

Among some of the good things are: Your “good” gut bacteria may aid in digestion, strengthen the immune system (one of the first functions researchers knew about), and helps to manufacture some of the vitamins your body needs to stay healthy.

On the other hand, your “bad” gut bacteria may cause nightmares in your body.

“Bad” gut bacteria may cause digestive issues, mental health issues, skin problems, and may be the root cause of many diseases and conditions.

That’s why balancing out your gut bacteria should be of vital importance to you!

But that doesn’t mean you go ahead and destroy ALL gut bacteria!  It’s about increasing the “good” bacteria to help drown out the “bad” bacteria.

Now, before you’re able to quickly balance out your gut bacteria and improve your health, you need to first know if you’re gut bacteria is teetering.

If you suffer from digestive issues then there may be a good chance your gut bacteria is unbalanced:

First and foremost, if you’re suffering from digestive issues, there’s a pretty good chance your gut bacteria is unbalanced.

Now, you may think that some over-the-counter antacids or prescription meds may fix this issue, you would be mistaken!

Antacids—even the prescription kinds—only touch the surface of the problem, and don’t address the needs of your gut health.

So, if you have any of the issues listed below, then you may have an imbalance in your gut bacteria:

  • Gas
  • Bloating
  • Heartburn/acid reflux
  • Constipation
  • Diarrhea or loose stools
  • IBS
  • IBD (incudes Crohns)

This one of the main reasons I take AG1 daily for the both the pre and probiotics you can grab some HERE and we will throw in 5 free travel packs and a 1 year supply of vitamin D3/K2 or hit reply here and ask for a FREE Sample on me.
