I wanted to just write this quick today as I am back in Minnesota until Tuesday. If you look at your life every single day you can find 1,000 reasons not to work out and eat right. Too much stress, relationship issues, job sucks, the weather, the list never stops. Or you can take the other view and find just 10 good reasons to get better. You will be healthier, feel better, love longer, and not to mention end up looking like a rock star when it’s all said and done.
I had every excuse in the world not to workout this morning, but that’s no acceptable for the life I live. It took me all of 45 minutes to get in kill a workout and go home. It’s such a small investment each day for a huge payoff for the rest of your life!
