Now while nothing beats the real thing, there are alternatives to your favorite treats that can keep your macros and nutrition plan in check. So below I have put together two kick ass protein packed milkshake recipes for you to try that can help break the cycle of eating the same old plain healthy foods! Enjoy guys….

PROLAB Protein Pumpkin Pie Milkshake


2 scoops of PROLAB Whey Isolate Vanilla Flavor
1 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk
½ cup pumpkin puree
2 Tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
2 Tsp. Stevia or more if you like it sweeter
Ice Cubes – approximately 5-10

Mix all ingredients into a blender and enjoy your protein packed pumpkin shake!


PROLAB Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake


2 Scoops of PROLAB Whey Isolate Vanilla Flavor
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Fage Full Fat Greek Yogurt
1 Cup Frozen Whole Strawberries
1 TSP Cinnamon – I personally use about 1-2 Tsp
2 Tsp. Stevia or more if you like it sweeter
Ice Cubes approximately 5-10

Mix all ingredients into blender and enjoy!
