Bison Spinach Burgers – Jeremy Scott Fitness

1lb Ground Bison

12oz baby spinach

¼ cup old fashion oats

¼ cup chopped onion

2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley

2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients into a large mixing bowl split bison mix into 2-4 equal portions depending on burger size desired. Throw these bad boys on the grill for about 10 minutes per side or until desired.

Remove burgers and place between either lettuce leaves for a pure protein style burger or throw them in between a sliced Ezekiel muffin (gluten free) for an added sprouted grain carbohydrate source. Add condiments as desired!
