Peanut Butter and Jelly with Jeremy Scott

I love Peanut Butter and Jelly – or as most of us know it PB & J. Obviously the way I grew up eating it is horrible white processed bread, processed peanut butter & jelly, you get the idea here.

So, that got me to thinking about some healthy alternatives you can try. Below I have a traditional higher calorie option for you to try made with healthier ingredients – that I sometimes enjoy post workout or for a cheat meal.

Ezekiel PB & J  – Post Workout/Cheat Treat

1 Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Sprouted Grain English muffin

or you can use the traditional Ezekiel muffins if you don’t enjoy the Cinnamon/Raisin

1-2 Tsp. Organic Peanut Butter

1-2 Tsp. Organic Strawberry or Grape  Jam or Conserve

Toast Ezekiel English muffins spread PB-Jam and enjoy!!!

PB & J PROLAB Protein Shake

2 Scoops PROLAB Whey Isolate Protein

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1-2 Tsp. Organic Peanut Butter

8-10 Large Organic Frozen Strawberries

1-2 Tsp. Truvia –or add until desired sweetness

There you have it two easy, quick, healthier alternatives to the old traditional peanut butter and jelly sandwich!!
