Ladies this is not only a comfy shoe, but a great looking one as well!!!
Recently I have been wearing the NEW Reebok SubLite training shoes for some of my strength training sessions, 365 No Excuse running sessions, some sprint work, and my coaching sessions as well. I love the style and the colors of my grey/whites as they go with just about everything, from a functional stand point they are pretty sweet. They have more cushion than just about any shoe I have ever tried on – I am talking every brand shoe and every category – basektball, running, training you name it the new SubLite is as they say “more cushion for the pushin'”!
The support is enough for me to go out there and tear it up and as I mentioned the cushion for anything higher impact is amazing for your feet. Honestly the best part about them is they are great for everyday walking around as well, I love just coaching in them an wearing them in between training sessions. They feel great almost like walking on a cloud or how I imagine a “hoverboard” would feel like if they ever finally made them as sweet as the one Marty McFly had.
Walking in the SubLites makes me feel very Marty McFly like!!!
Bottom line from me – they are great for training and anyone who runs but maybe doesn’t LOVE running and just wants to hit the streets for a few short miles. The support, the cushion, the style are all packed into one kick ass shoe and you guys will be seeing me rock these all spring and summer long without a doubt.
