Summer time is here get the BBQ going – well here is a way to get a kick ass burger fired up for your friends while keeping your waistline in check as well. Simple-Quick-Delicious-Hawaii Style Teriyaki Burger – Jeremy Scott Fitness Style!!!

Hawaii Style Teriyaki Burger 

1lb Grass Fed Bison – Yes Bison my personal favorite

Butter Lettuce (Protein Style Burgers) my Gluten Free Choice 0r

Option #2 Ezekeil Muffins split in half / Option #3 Your Multi-Grain Kasier Rolls

1 teaspoon pepper

2 Tsp. Teriyaki Sauce

1/2 cup organic ketchup

Organic pinapple -sliced as pictured below

Let’s Get Started…….

1. Get that grill fired up

2. Combine teriyaki, ketchup, pepper in a bowl – add in grass fed bison

mix together form bison burgers makes 1-4 patties

3. Place bison burgers on grill for about 8-10 minutes per side

4. Hook up a little pineapple on top and enjoy!!!!
