Sweet Summer Cherry & Berry Protein Smoothie

Just one of my favorite post workout shakes to mix it up and keep it fun!!!

 Jeremy Scott – Jeremy Scott Fitness 

Sweet Summer Cherry & Berry Protein Smoothie 

1 Cup Cherries

½ Cup Frozen Blackberries

½ Cup Frozen Raspberries

1 TBSP – Chia Seeds

2 Scoop PROLAB Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

 Option – throw a few ice cubes in this bad boy for an extra cool treat!

Throw all these ingredients into your NUTRI  BULLET  or VitaMix  and get to drinking this fat burning pre or post workout shake!!!
