Cinnamon Almond Butter Protein Pancakes

What You Need…..

½ cup almond meal

1 Scoop PROLAB Vanilla Whey Isolate

¼ cup coconut flour

1/2 tsp. baking soda

½ cup Almond Butter

2 Medium Size Bananas

3 Organic Eggs

1-2 TBSP. Cinnamon (I use 2 but I go a little crazy on the cinnamon)

2/3 Tsp. Vanilla Extract & 1 Cup Blueberries

What you do……

Place all dry ingredients in bowl…

Place all wet ingredients in a different bowl…..

Add dry and wet ingereidnes together – ( I used a Ninja Bowl mixer)

Spray or melt some conconut oil on your pan, heat that bad boy up to about 225 degrees

Pour your batter mix onto the pan and cook until golden brown or how you like your cakes…

Remove and serve with extra blueberries if you like!!!
