Loaded Sweet Potato Snacks Gluten Free

What’s In Them….

3 Large Sweet Potatoes 

1 tbsp. coconut oil 

1tsp. chili powder 

1tsp. garlic powder 

1 package low skim mozzarella 

5-6 green onions -(chop or slice thin) 

1 container full fat sour cream 

1 bottle Cholula Chili Garlic Hot Sauce 

What’s Next……

Heat that oven to about 450 degrees 

Cut sweet potatoes to thickness about 1/4 to 1/2 inch pending on what you like, we typically do 1/4. Mix cut potatoes in a large bowl with coconut oil, chili powder, garlic powder, and make sure all slices are coated. 

Grab your baking sheet covered in tinfoil and places slices an inch or 2 a part on the paper. Back for about 10 minutes or so per side flip and repeat on opposite side. 

Remove when fully cooked, dash each slice with hot sauce and top with your shredded cheese -let cheese melt takes 1-2 minutes at most as slices are hot. 

Place slices on a plate or serving tray – add a tsp. of sour cream and throw your chopped green onion on top and boom that’s a wrap!!!
