Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffins


It’s getting to be that time of year fall and winter are coming quick, here is a quick easy tasty seasonal treat you can enjoy guilt free while watching football with the family this holiday season. Here is what you need:


  • 6 Organic Omega-3 eggs
  • 2 Scoop Olympian Labs Vanilla Pea Protein Powder
  • 1 cup no sugar added apple sauce
  • ½ cup Coconut Flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ cup organic virgin coconut oil



  • Preheat the oven to around 400-425 degrees F.
  • Grease a muffin pan with coconut oil or non-stick spray
  • Put all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix well.
  • Fill Muffin Tins with batter about 1/3 way full
  • Bake 12-15 minutes or until light brown or desired color
  • Let sit for 10 minutes then enjoy like a boss!
