Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie 


If you are looking to mix things up when it comes to your post-workout nutriton, I suggest you give this Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie a try. My wife came up with this creation and offically gave it the title “Peanut Butter Chunky Monkey Protein Smoothie.” 

All you need to get started is: 

A quality blender we use the Ninja Pro

Ice Cubes 3-6 large 

1/2 cup Almond Coconut blend Milk 

1 Scoop Chocolate Prograde Protein Powder 

2 TBSP PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter 

1 TBSP Cocoa Powder 

2 TBSP Cocoa/Coconut/Flax/Chia Seed Blend 

1/2 Banana 

1 Small Truvia Packet 

Simply add everything into your Ninja blend and enjoy!
