Strawberry Banana Coconut Smoothie


Stay cool with this summer smoothie – Strawberry Banana Coconut Smoothie:

Here is what you need:

1/4 banana

3 fresh strawberries

1 cup ice

1 tablespoon chia seed

2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut

4 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut yogurt

Splash of coconut/almond milk

1 serving of vanilla protein powder

Stevia to taste 

Blend together and enjoy!
