Peanut Butter Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

It’s fall and there is nothing better than getting your protein with a little pumpkin. Here is my quick easy low carb -Peanut Butter Pumpkin Protein Pancake recipe. Enjoy and please let me know what you think if you give these a try! 


What you need: 

1 Scoop Athletic Greens Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein CLICK HERE 

1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree 

1/2 Cup Almond Milk 

1 Cup Gluten Free Oats 

1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil 

1 tsp Cinnamon – (or more if you are cinnamon junkie like me) 

1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 

2-3 truvia packets (based on how sweet you like things) 

1/4 cup egg whites 

4 Tbsp. Powereded Peanut Butter /PB2 

Top it off with real peanut butter, peacans, drizzle with honey and add cinnamon if it fits your macros of course.
