Pumpkin Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Ballz
Looking for a legit IIFYM snack this Fall season? Try these Pumpkin Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Ballz, perfect for parties, or to have as a snack on the run.
Here is what you need:
3 Cups Gluten Free Oats
1 Cup Justins Honey Peanut Butter
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2/3 cup Walden Farms Sugar Free Syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/1 tsp. pumpkin spice
6 Tbsp. ground flax-chia coconut mix
1 cup chopped pecans & peanuts
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
The Simple Mix:
Throw all ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.
Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter or bigger if you wish.
Throw on parchment paper and stick in freezer for about 40-60 minutes
Take out and enjoy a legit snack that sure fit your macros like a glove.
