Chicken Pesto Zoodle Bowl

My wife cooked up a quick little amazing healthy dinner (REAL FOOD HUSTLE Style) that tastes amazing, full breakdown is below enjoy and let us know if you give it a try.


  • 6 oz of chicken breast
  • Handful of grape tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of pesto basil sauce
  • 2-3 zucchinis
  • Handful of arugula or spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped red onion
  • 1 pinch of shredded mozzarella
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Sea Salt to taste


  • Turn oven to low-medium heat
  • Spray pan with olive oil
  • Use spiralizer to make zucchini noodles
  • Pan fry for about 10 mins and sprinkle garlic, sea salt, and black pepper
  • Remove noodles from pan and then sauté tomatoes, greens, and onion
  • Cut chicken into thin slices to grill
  • Place in bowl and top with pesto sauce and mozzarella
