Not Happy?  Try these happiness hacks… 

My advice to get out of a funk…

Move more…as in exercise more often

Be nice to people, help out those who have less than you

Eat better food that fuels and heals your body

Get more legit sleep

Do work you have fun doing

Have gratitude for even the smallest things

Surround yourself with amazing people

Expect nothing and appreciate everything

Do more sh*t you love with people you enjoy

Know that bad days just make the good days even more bad a**

Seems simple but it works for me and my guess it can work for you to.
