Carnivore Diet Podcast ~ Jeremy Scott Fitness Podcast
Recently I tested out the Carnivore Diet for the sake of podcasting and talking about the experience.
Now I have done this many times over the years with Paleo, Whole 30, Carb Back Loading, Intermittent Fasting (which I have been doing for 10 years now) and a handful of other eating styles.
In short the carnivore diet consists of animal foods alone.
As long the meal walked, crawled, flew, swam, or otherwise had parents…it was born/hatched ….you can eat it.
Simply eat when you’re hungry and until you’re full…and eat animal products….MEAT is the name of the game.
Now, I am not advocating you do this for your diet and I am not personally doing this myself daily. I did however eat only meat** for 14 days to see how it was for me personally.
