Berry Vanilla Overnight Oats

SERVINGS: 2 servings


  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop of Jaylab vanilla protein CLICK HERE 
  • 4 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or low sugar maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup berries of choice (Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions: Combine everything in a bowl. Split mixture into two bowls equally. Place in fridge overnight. Top with berries and sprinkle with cinnamon in the morning. Enjoy!
