Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

1 scoop  of Jaylab vanilla protein powder CLICK HERE PP10 to save 10% 

1/2 cup pumpkin puree 

1/2 cup almond milk

½ packet of oats

1 tbsp organic coconut oil  1 tsp cinnamon 

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 

2-4 tablespoons of low sugar maple syrup (based on how sweet you like it) 

1/4 cup egg whites 

4 tbsp powder peanut butter



  1. Coat pan with coconut oil spray and heat on low
  2. In a small bowl whisk or beat egg whites only to a fluffy consistency
  3. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and add the egg whites last. 
  4. Pour batter into pan and flip when ready!

Top it off with coconut whipped cream, real nut butter, toasted nuts, drizzle with honey or maple syrup!
