Blackberry Protein Popsicle Gluten Free
I know most of the country is freezing, but here in AZ spring has arrived and it’s about 80 degrees & sunny each day. So as spring training baseball arrives I wanted to share a quick clean healthy blackberry protein popsicle treat with you guys – 100% gluten free of course!!!Blackberry Protein Popsicle -Get Lean Gluten FREE 1 Cup Frozen Blackberries1 Cup Frozen Strawberries1 small container organic greek yogurt (vanilla)2 Scoops PROLAB Vanilla Whey Isolate1 Scoop pHresh Greens (sneak those veggies in guys)Throw all contents into your blender (I used a Ninja) for about 15-30 seconds.Pour contents into Popsicle containers (you can find these at most grocery stores for about $2) – let freeze until solid usually 1-2 hours they are done.
