The Women & Weights Small Group Training Program is designed for women who want to build their ideal physique alongside a community of like-minded, motivated women.

What You’ll Get

Our small group sessions focus on glutes, core, back, and shoulders to help you achieve a well-rounded, hourglass look. With expert coaching and tailored modifications, we meet you where you’re at to ensure you progress safely and effectively.

Next Training Block Starts:

📅 Feb 11th - March 6th 2025

⏰ Tuesday & Thursday at 9:15am

📍 Led by Coach Meredith McDaniel

Cost: $200 for JSF Members / $250 for Non-Members

Each group includes 4-8 dedicated women who are committed to getting stronger and achieving their goals.
