Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. We offer a 7-day free trial for new members interested in our group training. We also offer a $10 Saturday 8:00am drop-in class, open to the public weekly.

What equipment do you have in your gym?

Our gym is equipped with free weights, strength training equipment, cardio machines, functional training tools, and mobility-focused equipment. Everything is selected to support strength, fat loss, performance, and long-term joint health.

How do I sign up for a membership?

Getting started is simple. You can call, text, or email us, and a staff member will help you choose the best training option based on your goals, schedule, and experience level.

What should I bring to my first workout?

Bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a positive attitude. Our coaches handle the programming, coaching, and guidance.

Is the gym suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, including beginners and those returning after time off. Every workout is coach-led and scalable so you can train safely and confidently.

I’m busy and out of shape — will I be able to keep up?

Yes. Our members are busy professionals and parents. Workouts are structured, efficient, and coached, with modifications available so you’re challenged appropriately without feeling overwhelmed.

How long are the workouts and how often do I need to train?

Most workouts last 30–40 minutes. Most members train 3–4 days per week and see excellent results without spending hours in the gym.

What kind of results can I realistically expect?

With consistent training and reasonable nutrition habits, most members notice improved strength, energy, and body composition within 4–6 weeks. Long-term members experience sustainable fat loss, muscle gain, better mobility, and increased confidence.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

Please let us know before starting. Our coaches can modify exercises and adjust intensity to train safely. We can also coordinate with your healthcare provider if needed.

Is this more like group classes or personal training?

It’s a blend of both. You get the coaching and structure of personal training with the motivation and accountability of group training.

Where do people usually park and is it easy to get in and out?

Parking is easy and convenient, and our schedule allows members to train efficiently and get back to their day without hassle.

Do you have a shower?

Yes.
