Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 7 day free trial for new members in our group training. We also offer a drop-in Saturday 8am just $10 to the public weekly.

What equipment do you have in your gym?

Our gym is equipped with a wide variety of cardio machines, free weights, resistance training equipment, functional training areas, and more. We also offer specialized equipment for strength training, HIIT workouts, and mobility specific exercises.

How do I sign up for a membership?

Signing up is easy! You can call, email, text us to meet with a staff member who can help you choose the best program and membership for your goals.

What should I bring to my first workout?

For your first visit, you’ll want to bring: Comfortable workout clothes, shoes and a positive attitude is all you need!

Is the gym suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our gym is welcoming to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our trainers are available to guide you through the equipment, suggest beginner-friendly exercises, and ensure you feel comfortable throughout your fitness journey.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

If you have any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions, please inform us before you begin your workouts. We can offer personalized training programs and work with your healthcare provider if necessary to ensure that your workouts are safe and effective.
