The Truth About Fat Burners
I will cut to the chase…. Do fat burners work?
Yes they do work….
However, that doesn’t mean you can just eat pizza, ice cream, drink beer and wine all-day and lost fat.
Fat Burners are ONLY a supplement to your current nutrition and training program NOT a miracle pill.
They are created with specific ingredients that can give your body an extra boost to help aid in fat loss, but they don’t replace proper eating and drinking habits.
Your Eating is 90-95% of the factor the Fat Burner can give you that extra 5-10% boost in my estimation.
You must be eating at a calorie deficit if you want to lose body fat – so you much ensure your macros are in check before you starting investing in a fat burner.
Fat burners work in numerous ways. They can give you more energy, help suppress appetite, aid fat to be used for energy, and even increase your metabolism and core body temperature so you burn more calories during the day when you are not training.
My advice:
1 – Make sure your diet is at a calorie deficit
2 – Make sure your macros (protein, carb, fat) are in line with your goals
3 – Have an exercise and training program that pushes you
4 – Lastly if fat loss is the goal invest in a legit fat burner that is not only effective but also safe for your long-term health.
Again, fat burners are not a miracle pill they only work with you if you put in work on your end with proper nutrition and training.
If you have all your ducks in a row in terms of exercise and diet and want to try a fat burner I suggest checking out LeptiSense HERE.
Many of our clients have enjoyed taking LeptiSense CLICK HERE to check it out for yourself and if you have any specific questions on this supplement or any others please just reach out to me and ask.
I will say it one last time ONLY invest in a fat burner if you are doing everything else properly over an extended period of time, if that is you then I would suggest trying out a fat burner to see how it works for you.
Until next time eat well, train hard & be nice to people.
