Piña Colada Green Smoothie
¼ of an avocado (use more if want creamier)
A few small chunks of pineapple
One scoop of Athletic Greens powder
One tablespoon of chia/fax powder
Two tablespoons of unsweetened coconut flakes
One scoop of Jaylab Protein “vanilla” CLICK HERE
One packet of Beam “clarity” adaptogen blend (optional) CLICK HERE
A splash of coconut/almond milk
¾ cup water
One large handful of ice
Recipe:
Place handful of ice in blender.
Pour ¾ of cup of water and splash of milk into blender.
Mix remainder of ingredients and push blend until creamy consistency. Top with pineapple coconut Enjoy!
