Where are you originally from?
I grew up in Waterford, Michigan and moved to sunny Arizona 5 ½ years ago!
How long have you been coming to JSF boot camps?
I started at JSF in July, so about 5 months.
What was your fitness regimen prior to JSF boot camps and what made you choose/switch to JSF Boot camps?
I used to run ½ marathons, then started on P90X, but needed someone to push me when I didn’t feel like pushing myself. My wedding was 4 months away, and I knew I needed someone to kick my butt. I had found out about JSF at the Bridal show in January, and when they sent me an email for one of their challenges, I decided to sign up. So glad I did!
What do you like best about JSF boot camps?
I love that I can get my workout for the day in, in only 30 minutes. As opposed to the hours of running I used to do!
I love that not only do I get my workout in, the guys check on my eating and help keep me on track!
I love that I get to spend my mornings with Dave, Ben and Jeremy instead of Tony Horton! They are way more fun!
What do you like to do in your free time?
Hang out with my husband, ride my beach cruiser, spend time with friends and making (I mean encouraging them) to join JSF, the occasional happy hour (only on cheat days, of course!).
What’s your favorite cheat meal?
Dark Chocolate & Red wine
What is your Advice for other members?
You will only get out of your workout, what you put into it. 2 people can do the same bootcamp, but the one that pushes harder, will have better results. Don’t half ass it, unless you want half ass results.
