Vanilla BlackBerry PROLAB Protein Pancakes or
Chocolate Blackberry PROLAB Protein Pancakes
2 egg, 3 egg white
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 generous scoop PROLAB Chocolate Protein Powder or Vanilla
BIG splash of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Cinnamon to Flavor – (I love it cinnamon I add a 1-2 Tsp. minimum)
Mix ingredients dry 1st then add in additional ingredients!
Coat pan with coconut oil

Trust me cooking these in coconut oil only sexes them up and makes them taste even better!!!!
Toppings -These are delicious as is topped with fresh berries or any fruit you love – black berries, cherries, blueberries are probably the best low carb options – otherwise any other fruit you love works well.
Even throwing on a thin layer of peanut butter, almond butter or NuttZo makes these taste too good to be true!!!
You can get creative with your toppings too. Consider using your favorite jam or jelly or even a greek yogurt –if it its your macros for the day!
