Gluten Free Chocolate Almond Butter Cookies
Jeremy Scott – Get Lean Gluten Free
What You Need…….
1 canned pumpkin puree
1 scoop PROLAB Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup egg whites
1 cup almond butter (I used Justin’s)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup flaxseed (I used Bob’s Redmill)
Stevia – I used 6 packets of Truvia
Pre-Heat Oven to around 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients into a bowl – pending on size of cookies tabelspoon or larger spoon on foil or wax paper pan – I suggest using coconut oil non-stick spray before dropping batter on paper.
Back for about 12-15 minutes – check at 10 minutes to be safe
We got about 16-18 cookies from this batch!
