Barbell Deadlift with 135 lbs. – 50 reps
Pushups – 50 reps
24-inch Box Jumps – 50 reps
Floor Wipers – 50 reps
Single-Arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell – 50 reps
Pullups – 25 reps
We went ahead and created a 600 style rep workout with the same idea in mind, pumping out 600 reps as perfect as possible but also a quick as you can complete the workout.
The New 600 Workout …….because sometimes its ok to just go workout for fun and kick your own ass.
TRX Rows 50 Reps
Trap Bar Deadlifts – 50 Reps
EQ Dips – 50 Reps
EQ Push Ups – 50 Reps
Box Jumps – 50 Reps
AB Wheel roll-outs – 50 Reps
1 Arm DB Squat to Press – 50 reps (25 per arm)
Med Ball Skater Hops – 50 Reps
Lateral Mountain Climbers – 50 Reps
Burpees – 50 Reps
Seal Jacks – 50 Reps
Overhead Jacks – 50 Reps
