Understand you are a human and sometimes you will have a shitty day.

I am not a genius but I was once an angry, dead broke, depressed young man and as I write this to you today my life has taken a complete 180-degree turn by following these simple steps daily.

If I had to bet I think they can do the same for you if you find yourself in a rut right now.
