Spicy Spaghetti Squash Casserole Gluten Free

 Spicy Spaghetti Squash Casserole.....Gluten Free .........with Shrimp, Sausage and Peppers CLICK for full meal plan & guide my gift to you for visiting the JSF Blog! Ingredients1 spaghetti squash2 cloves of garlic, minced1 package of chicken sausage2 tablespoons of coconut oil2 teaspoons of sea salt1 ½ teaspoons onion powder1 ½ teaspoons of crushed red pepper1 ½ teaspoon of paprika1 teaspoon black pepper1 pound shrimp1 onion chopped1 red bell pepper chopped1 green bell pepper chopped1 yellow pepper chopped2 jalapenos (1 if you don’t want that spicy)½ jar of pasta sauce Preheat the oven to 400 while it’s preheating cut the spaghetti squash the longways in half and spoon out all the seed. bake the squash face down in a little bit of water for about 45 minutes or until the outside of the squash is soft.While the squash is cooking add garlic sausage and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil into a saute pan.  In a small bowl combine all the dry spices.  Once the sausage is cooked add the shrimp, cook the shrimp until it is finished.  Chopp all the peppers and jalapenos.Add in the baking pan, spaghetti squash, chopped peppers and jalapenos, your meat mixture, and top with dry spices and spaghetti sauce.Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 350 or until the sauce is warm.  Remove and Serve! Recipe via Kelly Groff - Team Jeremy Scott Fitness For more get lean gluten free recipes CLICK HERE Cheesy-Spaghetti-Squash-42674-2Scottsdale Personal Trainer-  Jeremy Scott Fitness
