5 Protein Shake Ideas When you don't have time to sit down and cook your food, let alone eat you need a quick, easy meal to prepare.This is why I am sharing these Super Shakes my homie Travis Merritt put together with you guys, he gives them to his athletes and I thought you guys could enjoy the same.This isn't your traditional protein shake but a whole food shake with easily digestible foods that cover all the macro requirements for a healthy meal.All you need is a good blender (Vitamix, Magic Bullet, or Nutra-ninja) and a cup with a lid for when you're on the go, or you want to save it for later.
