Piña Colada Green Smoothie ¼ of an avocado (use more if want creamier)A few small chunks of pineappleOne scoop of Athletic Greens powderOne tablespoon of chia/fax powderTwo tablespoons of unsweetened coconut flakesOne scoop of Jaylab Protein “vanilla” CLICK HERE One packet of Beam “clarity” adaptogen blend (optional) CLICK HEREA splash of coconut/almond milk¾ cup waterOne large handful of ice Recipe:Place handful of ice in blender.Pour ¾ of cup of water and splash of milk into blender.Mix remainder of ingredients and push blend until creamy consistency.
