All you need is.....1 cup So Delicious Coconut Milk -Unsweetened1 Large Scoop PROLAB Vanilla Whey Isolate ProteinAbout 1/4 cup pumpkin puree2 tsp.Pumpkin Pie Spice2 Tsp. Stevia (more if you like it super sweet)1 Tsp. Cinnamon - (I honestly use 2 or more as I love cinnamon)
Espresso or Coffee - I typically do a quad shot of a espresso with a little coffee mixSimple steps.....Brew coffee and or espressoMix all ingredients together -blend for about 20-30 secondsSimply pour into coffee and enjoy - for a little extra kick add some more cinnamon to top off your latte!Kick Ass and Enjoy guys!
