PROLAB Protein Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
Ingredients:2 scoops of PROLAB Whey Isolate Vanilla Flavor1 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk½ cup pumpkin puree2 Tsp cinnamon½ tsp nutmeg2 Tsp. Stevia or more if you like it sweeterIce Cubes - approximately 5-10Mix all ingredients into a blender and enjoy your protein packed pumpkin shake!
PROLAB Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake
Ingredients:
2 Scoops of PROLAB Whey Isolate Vanilla Flavor1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk1/2 Cup Fage Full Fat Greek Yogurt1 Cup Frozen Whole Strawberries1 TSP Cinnamon - I personally use about 1-2 Tsp2 Tsp. Stevia or more if you like it sweeterIce Cubes approximately 5-10
